Design of Hydraulic Drive Device of Bucket Wheel Machine

Bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer is widely used in ports, metallurgy, electric power and other fi elds. Bucket wheel is the key component of bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer. Compared with traditional slide valve control and pump pressure control, the direct drive hydraulic control system is more effi cient and energy-saving. Based on this, this article discusses the design of the hydraulic drive device of the bucket wheel machine, and uses the in-line valve block to simplify the structure of the hydraulic system and improve the operating effi ciency of the bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer.
