  • When carrying out the coal mining operation, the main equipment for transporting the coal resources is the belt conveyor. Against the background of continuous improvement and industrial development needs,the transport machinery has gradually acquired the characteristics of more complex, larger and higher speed.But in the complex working environment, the coal mine belt conveyor its own carrying capacity and transport distance is insuffi cient, at the same time the belt used in this equipment has a high price. When carrying on the goods and materials transportation, often can appear each kind of foreign body, brings certain harm for the belt, thus causes the unnecessary economic loss. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a comprehensive examination of the foreign body transported by the belt, to analyze the possible problems, and at the same time to carry out early warning treatment at the first time, so as to minimize the probability of the occurrence of the danger and the degree of its impact.
