Research on the Application of BIM Technology in HVAC Design

  • In the process of developing HVAC design work, HVAC pipes usually have the characteristics of huge number and complex use. In addition, there are also problems of collisions with fire-fighting pipelines and electrical pipelines during the construction work of building HVAC projects. In response to the above problems, the study found that BIM technology can effectively reduce the probability of errors in engineering practice because it can realize data sharing between various departments. Therefore, the use of BIM technology can effectively avoid the occurrence of the above problems.
