Research on the Infl uence of Laws, Policies and Application Process on Product Design in Hubei Province and Countermeasures

This thesis expounds the basic situation and current situation of real estate in fi ve cities, mainly taking some real estate projects in Wuhan, Xiangyang, Honghu, Songzi and Ezhou in Hubei province as examples, and deeply analyzes the four stages of real estate project application process by comparing the policy diff erences among the five cities, and deeply analyzes the impact of product design. The countermeasures of product design in diff erent cities are put forward.
