On Project Risk Management Strategy under EPC General Contract Mode

Under the influence of EPC mode, the risk management of China's engineering projects in the design stage has been improved, especially in the aspects of procurement and construction. However, due to the high risk of the contract mode, in order to effectively control the risks in the project and maximize the risk cost into profits, this paper studies the project risk management measures under the EPC general contract mode, with a view to proposing effective solutions.
