    Abstract
  • In this paper the rubber cushion lathe is used to process the damping bearing. Through the optimization of the turning process and the design of the cutting tool, the technical problem that the traditional turning method cannot process the elastic and soft materials is solved. Practice has proved that the technology can meet the requirements of product size accuracy for ultra large size (φ 1 100 × 80 mm) rubber cushion turning, and provide design ideas for the expansion of the application field of subsequent machining.
