Analysis on the Foundation Treatment of a High-rise Residential Area Demolished and Reconstructed under Complex Geological Conditions

With the rapid development of China's economy, the construction of high-rise residential areas emerge in endlessly. In the process of engineering construction, due to the infl uence of hydrogeological conditions, geological structure or human factors, various types of engineering problems often appear. This kind of problem often leads to project rework, delay of construction period and sharp increase of cost. At the same time, the processing process is sometimes extremely cumbersome. Based on this, this paper discusses the foundation treatment of a demolition and reconstruction high-rise community under complex geological conditions, for reference.
