  • Since the reform and opening up, countless people have devoted themselves to the construction industry. Although good results have been achieved, many problems have also been exposed. Among them, the biggest problem is construction management. If the management work is not done well, the construction quality cannot be guaranteed. In order to improve this status quo, it is necessary to draw ideas from theoretical research, accumulate experience from specifi c cases, and blaze a trail of innovation. This article conducts research on how to strengthen the construction quality management and control strategy of housing construction projects for the reference of relevant personnel, and ultimately enhance the construction eff ect of housing construction, and ensure the healthy and stable development of Chinese housing construction enterprises.
