Discussion on the Status Quo and Development Goals of Rural Highway Information Construction in Jiangsu Province

Informatization is an important means to support the high-quality development of rural roads, and an important measure to realize the construction of "Four Good Rural Roads". This article covers information management infrastructure, agricultural road data collection and maintenance, information system construction, and informatization. The four aspects of system function construction detailed the current situation of rural highway informatization construction in Jiangsu Province. On this basis, it proposes the development of rural highway informatization based on "data", with "construction, management, maintenance, and transportation" as the core, "intelligence and informatization" as the orientation, and "serving the public" as the goal aims.
