China is on the road of high-quality development of a large manufacturing country, and industrial parks are developing rapidly. In order to avoid the homogenization and blind development of industrial parks, it is urgent to explore the path and strategy of industrial system construction, the foundation of industrial parks. Taking Hefei Hechao industrial new town as an example, this paper explores the principles, paths and Strategies of its industrial system screening and construction process, so as to promote the stable and rapid development of the industrial new town.
