Problems and Countermeasures of Water Conservancy Project Management in Grass Roots

In recent years the grass-roots water conservancy project management has been carried out in various regions, which has played an important role in promoting the improvement and development of the ecological environment in China, however, there are various challenges and obstacles in the actual management of water conservancy projects.Based on this, This paper discusses the overview of water conservancy project management at the grass-roots level,analyzes the problems existing in the current water conservancy project management at the grass-roots level, and studies the effective strategies to strengthen the water conservancy project management at the grass-roots level, in order to promote the scientific development of grass-roots water conservancy projects.
