EPC Cost Management Model Based on Lean Construction

With the continuous development of the construction field, the EPC model is gradually promoted,and with the continuous strengthening of competition,how to improve its competitiveness through lean cost management under the EPC model with higher risks is a focus of the enterprise. This paper explains the organic integration of EPC mode and lean construction technology,and continuously explores in the lean construction planning process,and realizes zero waste,shortens the construction period and realizes the goal of value creation through the core concept of lean construction. In turn, the project management level,especially the cost management level,will be improved,and the core competitiveness of the company will be enhanced,achieving a win-win situation with the owner and promoting market development.
