Research on Improving Countermeasures of Highway Engineering Cost Management in the Whole Process

A highway construction project needs to go through multiple stages from initiation to completion and operation, and the pricing is divided into multiple stages. The engineering cost calculation of each stage is independent, but they are connected with each other. However, there are problems in the cost management methods or content connection at various stages, and it is impossible to form a cost information chain throughout the whole process, which makes cost management more difficult. For this reason, on the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the importance of highway engineering cost management, this article analyzes the problems in the whole process of cost management, and puts forward several suggestions for reference only.
