Application of NDC Flatness (Width) Meter in the Tangshan Steel

NDC ROMETER Optical flatness meter is widely used in hot rolling, finishing rolling, coiling, steckel rolling mill, thick plate, cold rolling, treatment line and other sections of iron and steel smelters. It can be combined with NDC width meter. It is used to measure the flatness and width of strip steel. The flatness meter uses the laser triangle principle to convert the strip steel height signal into electrical signal, and converts the height signal and speed signal into flatness. The measurement results are sent to PLC and level two computer for flatness control and quality management.
