Analysis on the Application of EPC Model in Housing Construction Project

EPC general contracting mode is a project management mode which is often used in the construction of international housing construction projects, under this mode, quality cost and construction period can be effectively controlled. Because EPC mode involves many links, it needs to be effectively controlled in all aspects in the specific application process to ensure the smooth progress of the project. Based on this, based on the specific engineering practice and the definition of EPC mode, this paper analyzes its management and control direction, and puts forward relevant policy recommendations, in order to further promote the application of EPC mode in housing construction projects.
