Analysis on the Selection Method of All Steel Formwork Panel Thickness in Concrete Construction

  • The thickness of all-steel formwork panel is an important factor in determining the deformation effect of the surface of concrete. Although the increases of the thickness of faceplate can improve the forming quality of concrete surface, however, the blindly increasing will result in the rising of the material cost of formwork. In this paper,the panel of all-steel formwork is selected as the research object. The stress condition and processing difficulty are compared. The appropriate panel thickness is recommended and it can provide reference for the designing and processing of the all-steel formwork.
