The Application Status and Improvement Measures of Traction Motor Automatic Cleaning Equipment are Analyzed

Traction motor automatic cleaning equipment is jointly developed by Shuohuang railway and scientific research units, aiming to solve the traditional operation mode of traction motor "dirty, disorderly, noisy" problem, improve the working environment of staff, improve the efficiency of operation. The equipment is based on industrial robot technology, high-efficiency dust removal technology, high-precision RGV positioning technology, etc., to scientifically decompose the cleaning work of traction motor, the operation process does not need direct intervention of personnel, the cleaning work of motor surface, stator interior and armature interior are completed by industrial robots and special automation equipment. Since it was put into use, the equipment has been in good condition. This paper will analyze the application status of the equipment, and put forward improvement suggestions and measures.
