摘要: 管路系统在工业生产当中应用非常广泛,管路系统设计和应用非常重要,网络布局具有数据烦琐和复杂的特点,如果采用实际装配的方式进行研究和应用工作量比较大,而计算机技术的快速发展为其提供了虚拟环境之下的管路模拟装配方法,通过这种方法可以为管路装配研究及应用提供准确的依据。本文根据现有研究资料结合自身在管路虚拟装配中的一些经验,在研究当针对管路虚拟装配系统流程进行了分析,介绍了传统手工方法与计算机辅助方法之间的差异,在此基础上阐述了虚拟装配的基本流程,以及管路虚拟装备中的一些关键技术,并针对管路系统信息管理提出了一些建议。通过研究,希望能够对管路虚拟装配提供一些帮助和启示。Abstract: Pipeline system is widely used in industrial production. The design and application of pipeline system is very important. The network layout has the characteristics of cumbersome and complex data. If the actual assembly method is used for research and application, the workload is relatively large, and the rapid development of computer technology provides it with the pipeline simulation assembly method under the virtual environment, This method can provide an accurate basis for the research and application of pipeline assembly. According to the existing research data, combined with some experience in pipeline virtual assembly, this paper analyzes the process of pipeline virtual assembly system, introduces the differences between traditional manual methods and computer-aided methods, and expounds the basic process of virtual assembly and some key technologies in pipeline virtual equipment, Some suggestions for pipeline system information management are put forward. Through the research, we hope to provide some help and Enlightenment for pipeline virtual assembly.
