Research on Construction Technology of New Mechanical Connected Steel Arch Anchor in Gas Tunnel

摘要: 在复杂软弱围岩瓦斯隧道拱架安装施工中,动火作业存在较大的安全隐患,基于此,研发了钢拱架机械连接定位系统、钢筋网夹扣,从而形成了新型机械连接式钢拱架锚喷支护施工技术。其中上台阶施工 10 个循环和每循环安装 2 榀拱架,同常规动火作业相比,成本节约率达 9%,每循环作业节约时间 0.5 h 左右,使隧道循环作业工效提升 3.1%,经济效益显著,为类似工程提供参考。Abstract: In the installation and construction of complex and weak surrounding rock gas tunnel arch, the fire operation has great safety risks. Based on this, the steel arch mechanical connection positioning system and steel network clip buckle are developed, thus forming a new mechanical connection steel arch anchor injection supportconstruction technology. Among them, 10 cycles were built on the upper steps and 2 arches were installed per cycle. Compared with the conventional fire operation, the cost saving rate reached 9%, and the time saved for each cycle operation was about 0.5 hours, improving the working efficiency of the tunnel circular operation by 3.1%, and providing significant economic benefits, providing reference for similar projects.
