Study on Maintenance Construction Technology of Modified Emulsified Asphalt Micro Surface

摘要: 沥青路面微表处是沥青路面养护施工的主要技术之一重点,大量实践发现,已有微表处养护技术施工存在一定弊端。为此,本文提出一种复合改性乳化沥青材料用于微表处预防性养护施工,实践证明该新材料可有效提高混合料的高、低温性能,避免出现混合料离析、松散等问题,可有效修复路面病害,提高路用性能,延长路面使用年限。基于此,本文结合具体案例,对复合改性乳化沥青微表处养护施工技术要点进行分析与探讨,以期为沥青路面微表处养护提供借鉴。Abstract: Asphalt pavement micro-surface treatment is one of the key technologies of asphalt pavement maintenance construction. A large number of practices have found that existing micro-surface treatment maintenance techniques have certain disadvantages. To this end, this paper proposes a composite modified emulsified asphalt material for preventive maintenance construction at the micro-surface. Practice has proved that the new material can effectively improve the high and low temperature performance of the mixture and avoid the problems of mixture segregation and looseness.Effectively repair pavement diseases, improve road performance and prolong pavement life. Based on this, this article combined with specific cases, analyzed and discussed the technical points of composite modified emulsified asphalt micro-surface maintenance, in order to provide a reference for the maintenance of asphalt pavement micro-surface.
