Analysis on the Synchronization Control Method of the Crane System of 1 000 t Beam Lifting Machine

摘要: 在桥梁架设施工过程中,为了满足预制整孔箱梁的起吊、移运等工况,各种大型搬梁机应运而生。TLMEL1 000 t轮胎式搬梁机是秦皇岛天业通联重工科技有限公司自主研发生产的大型起重搬运设备,考虑吊运箱梁方式以及运梁工况要求,采用两台天车机协同作业的方式来工作。为了确保预制整孔箱梁在起吊、转运过程中的安全性和稳定性,本文针对此台 TLMEL1 000 t 轮胎式搬梁机的天车系统的多种运动单元进行研究,分析其同步控制方法,以供参考。Abstract: In the process of bridge erection facilities, in order to meet the lifting and moving conditions of prefabricated box girder, various large-scale beam moving machines have emerged. The TLMEL 1 000 t tire-type beam moving machine is a large-scale lifting and handling equipment independently developed and produced by Qinhuangdao Tianye Tonglian Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd., Considering the method of lifting box beams and the requirements of beam transportation conditions, it uses two cranes to work in coordination. In order to ensure the safety and stability during the lifting and transfer of the prefabricated whole-hole box girder, this time, the various motion units of the crane system of this TLMEL 1 000 t tire-type beam moving machine are studied and the method of synchronous control is analyzed.
