BIM Technology Analysis of Comprehensive Installation of Building Pipeline

摘要: 随着我国越来越多的领域都已经结合了科学技术,人们也发现了 BIM(Building Information Modeling,建筑信息模型)技术合理应用于建筑管线综合排布中,可以提升施工质量与效率。因此本文分析了 BIM 技术标准、建筑管线综合施工的原则,提出了管线综合安装 BIM 技术的优势以及注意事项,并探讨了其实施策略,希望为有关部门提供参考。Abstract: With the combination of science and technology in more and more fields in China, it is also found that the reasonable application of BIM technology in the comprehensive layout of building pipelines can improve the construction quality and efficiency. Therefore, this paper analyzes the BIM technical standards and the principles of building pipeline comprehensive construction, puts forward the advantages and precautions of pipeline comprehensive installation BIM technology, and discusses its implementation strategy, hoping to provide reference for relevant departments.
