Analysis on the Monitoring Application of Smart Particles in the Force Characteristics of Asphalt Pavement

摘要: 沥青路面结构的力学特性一直是道路工程研究的重点,也是其最难解决的问题之一。随着交通量的增长,我国高速公路改扩建工程越来越多,而智能颗粒是针对公路路面受力、变形监测及路用性能预测等需求开发的超小型耐高温高精度传感器。本文结合齐鲁交通发展集团养护大中修项目,通过埋设智能颗粒,研究了沥青面层结构在荷载条件下的力学特性,结果表明智能颗粒能够有效监测沥青路面受力特性,对沥青路面的修复具有十分重要的现实意义和指导意义。Abstract: The mechanical properties of asphalt pavement structure have always been the focus of road engineering research and one of the most difficult problems to solve. With the growth of traffic volume, there are more and more highway reconstruction and expansion projects in my country. Smart particles are ultra-small, high-temperature and high-precision sensors developed for the needs of highway pavement stress and deformation monitoring and road performance prediction. In this paper, combined with the maintenance and repair project of Qilu Transportation Development Group, the mechanical properties of asphalt pavement structure under load conditions are studied by burying smart particles. The results show that smart particles can effectively monitor the mechanical characteristics of asphalt pavements, and are useful for the repair of asphalt pavements. Very important practical significance and guiding significance.
