Abstract: The vigorous development of informatization has profoundly changed all walks of life in society, as well as the construction industry. At present, the application of smart construction site systems in construction project management has become a trend. This article fi rstly, analyzes the meaning of the smart construction site system and its overall construction goals, and clarifi es the system structure, that is, the application part, the terminal part and the platform part; secondly, it explores the necessity of the application of the smart construction site system in the construction project management; finally, on the basis of the foregoing, the actual application of the smart construction site system in project management is mainly analyzed, which is mainly reflected in labor management, safety management, construction quality management, supervision system, perimeter prevention infrared radiation system, environmental monitoring and spray dust reduction, reactive power compensation for electrical power distribution, etc.
