The Application of BIM Technology in the Comprehensive Design of Electromechanical Pipelines in Underground Garage of a Project

摘要: 本项目地下车库机电项目管线众多,地下空间限制大,管线错综复杂。运用 BIM 软件创建三维可视化模型,进行BIM 原始模型分析、标准区域管线综合排布、复杂节点深化处理,直观地反映管线布局要求,减少返工,方便对现场工人进行技术交底,满足后期施工和维护需求。Abstract: There are many pipelines in the underground garage electromechanical project of this project, and the underground space is limited, and the pipelines are complex. BIM software is used to create a three-dimensional visualization model to analyze the original model of BIM, comprehensively arrange the pipeline in the standard area, and deepen the treatment of complex nodes. It intuitively reflects the requirements of pipeline layout, reduces rework, and facilitates the technical disclosure of field workers to meet the needs of later construction and maintenance.
