Troubleshooting and Analysis of Metro Shield Machine

摘要: 本文以合肥某地铁项目施工中遇到的实际情况为例，对盾构机在施工过程中出现的设备故障进行了初步探讨。记录了各种故障发生的概率，而且针对典型故障提出了解决措施和预防措施，确保了工程建设的顺利进行。Abstract: This article takes the actual situation encountered in the construction of a subway project in Hefei as an example, and conducts a preliminary discussion on the equipment failure of the shield machine during the construction process. The probability of various failures is recorded, and solutions and preventive measures are proposed for typical failures to ensure the smooth progress of project construction.
