Research on the Reform of Talent Training Mode of Road and Bridge Engineering Technology Specialty under the Background of "One million Enrollment Expansion" in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要: 为完成党中央、国务院提出的高职“百万扩招”重要任务，我院道路桥梁工程技术专业通过对百万扩招人才市场进行调研，重新分析了课程体系，融入“1 + X ”证书制度，推进“学分银行”运行与“三教”改革等方式，结合产教融合构建了新的人才培养模式。

Abstract: In order to fulfill the important task of "one million enrollment expansion" proposed by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, the road and bridge engineering technology major of our institute has made a survey on the market of millions of talents,the curriculum system has been re analyzed, integrating into the "1 + X" certificate system, we will promote the operation of "credit bank" and the reform of "three education", combining production and education to build a new talent training model.
