摘要: 本文依据 CRTS Ⅲ型板式底座混凝土结构,结合济青高铁 CRTS Ⅲ型板式无砟轨道底座裂纹产生的特征,分析混凝土 56d 收缩率和早期水化热对底座混凝土的影响,总结出影响混凝土底座裂纹产生的因素,从混凝土配比、材料选用、浇筑时间段、养护方式比选等方面,进行优化工艺措施来控制 CRTS Ⅲ型板式无砟轨道底座裂纹的产生和发展。

Abstract: Based on the CRTS Ⅲ slab base concrete structure, combined with the characteristics of the cracks in the CRTS Ⅲ slab ballastless track base of the Jinan-Qingdao high-speed railway, this paper analyzes the 56d shrinkage rate of concrete and the influence of early hydration heat on the base concrete, and summarizes the influence of the cracks on the concrete base. From the aspects of concrete ratio, material selection, pouring time period, maintenance method comparison and selection, etc., optimized technological measures are taken to control the occurrence and development of cracks in the base of CRTS Ⅲ slab ballastless track.-
