Abstract:
Based on the CRTS Ⅲ slab base concrete structure, combined with the characteristics of the cracks in the CRTS Ⅲ slab ballastless track base of the Jinan-Qingdao high-speed railway, this paper analyzes the 56d shrinkage rate of concrete and the influence of early hydration heat on the base concrete, and summarizes the influence of the cracks on the concrete base. From the aspects of concrete ratio, material selection, pouring time period, maintenance method comparison and selection, etc., optimized technological measures are taken to control the occurrence and development of cracks in the base of CRTS Ⅲ slab ballastless track.
