摘要: 结合我国智慧高速公路的发展背景与需求，对智慧高速公路进行定义、特征分析、内容分类；通过对三省《指南》建设内容的对比研究，探析智慧高速公路建设内容，针对智慧公路建设实施中的问题，提出建议。

Abstract: Combined with the development background and demand of smart Expressway in China, this paper defines, analyzes the characteristics and classifies the content of smart expressway; Through the comparative study of the construction contents of the guide in three provinces, this paper analyzes the construction contents of smart highway, and puts forward suggestions for the problems in the implementation of smart highway construction.
