浅析物业服务合同在智慧社区物业管理中的重要性

摘要: 物业服务合同是进行物业管理活动的基础，同时智能化又是智慧社区物业管理发展的新方向，基于此如何将两者结合起来实现物业管理水平的提升，是当前人们亟待解决的关键课题。本文结合物业服务合同的特殊性和智慧社区物业管理的新特点，提出了依据物业服务合同提升智慧社区物业管理水平的有效措施，以期为相关研究提供参考。

Abstract: Property service contracts are the basis for property management activities, and at the same time,intelligence is a new direction for the development of smart community property management. Based on this,how to combine the two to achieve the improvement of property management is a key issue that people need to solve . Combining the particularity of the property service contract and the new characteristics of smart community property management, this paper proposes effective measures to improve the property management level of the smart community based on the property service contract, hoping to provide a reference for related research.
