Analysis of Construction Technology of Double Helix Shield Tunneling through the Yellow River under the Silt and Silt Liquefied Stratum

摘要: 徐州市城市轨道交通 2 号线一期工程物资市场站 ~ 彭城广场站区间盾构下穿故黄河,隧道顶部地层为粉砂、粉土液化地层,地层中等透水,液化等级中等。土压平衡盾构机在穿越粉砂、粉土液化地层时容易产生过大的地面沉降,引发河底击穿、螺旋喷涌、盾尾刷击穿、河堤垮塌等风险,同时还会造成管片错台、渗漏水、甚至破损。为了确保盾构安全下穿故黄河,通过风险源辨识、盾构机选型、盾构掘进参数的优化等技术措施,顺利完成本区间的盾构施工任务并取得了良好的效果,以期对类似工程的施工提供参考。Abstract: Xuzhou Urban Rail Transit Line 2 Phase I Project Material Market Station ~ Pengcheng Square Station section of the shield tunnel under the Yellow River, the top of the tunnel is silt, silt liquefied stratum, the stratum is medium permeable, and the liquefaction level is medium. When the earth pressure balance shield machine traverses the silt and silt liquefied stratum, it is easy to produce excessive ground settlement, which will cause the risks of river bottom breakdown, spiral gushing, shield tail brush breakdown, and river embankment collapse. Pieces are misaligned, water leaks, or even damaged. In order to ensure that the shield passes safely through the Yellow River, through technical measures such as risk source identification, shield selection, shield tunneling parameters optimization, etc., the shield construction tasks in this section have been successfully completed and good results have been achieved.The construction of the project provides a reference.
