Analysis of The Current Situation of Fire Protection Safety of High-Rise Buildings and Fire Protection Countermeasures

摘要: 在结构体系不断完善、机械电气化设备不断更新和施工材料发展迅速的背景下,高层建筑建设规模不断扩大,逐渐适应了城市集中人口、缩小用地面积及降低城市建设投资的需求。但高层建筑消防安全配套措施与高层建筑发展之间的矛盾日益突出。高层建筑一旦发生火灾事故,复杂的设备管线及生活用品会加大火灾荷载、较高的建筑高度在风荷载及电梯井或排烟管道等的综合作用下火势蔓延速度急剧上升、人员逃亡距离长、场外救援难度大等特点均会导致严重的生命安全和财产损失。因此,本文将以工作经验及多篇优质文献为基础,深入探讨现阶段高层建筑所面临的消防安全现状及有效的防火对策。Abstract: In the context of continuous improvement of structural systems, continuous renewal of mechanical and electrical equipment, and rapid development of construction materials, the scale of high-rise building construction has continued to expand, gradually adapting to the needs of urban concentration of population, reduction of land area and reduction of urban construction investment. However, the contradiction between the supporting measures of high-rise building fire safety and the development of high-rise buildings has become increasingly prominent. In the event of a fire accident in a high-rise building, complex equipment, pipelines and daily necessities will increase the fire load, and the higher building height will increase the fire spread rapidly under the combined action of wind load and elevator shafts or smoke exhaust pipes, and the distance of people's escape. The characteristics of long time and difficulty of off-site rescue will lead to serious life safety and property loss. Therefore, based on work experience and many high-quality documents, this article will deeply discuss the current situation of fire safety and effective fire prevention countermeasures faced by highrise buildings at this stage.
