Abstract: This article introduces the principle and characteristics of honing processing and the production problems existing in honing processing. These problems will aff ect the delivery of products. Use the guiding ideology of lean production to formulate targeted solutions to stabilize the processing process, improve production effi ciency, and promote the punctuality and timeliness of product output, while reducing waste and enhancing corporate competitiveness.
