Abstract: Public building engineering is a type of building that provides services to the public. It has an important role and value. Therefore, its construction technology and engineering quality have received extensive attention from all walks of life. With the development of the times, new breakthroughs have been made in science and technology, and more and more new technologies and new models have been applied to construction projects, which can not only improve construction effi ciency and ensure project quality, but also avoid waste to the greatest extent Reduce construction costs. At present, more and more public buildings adoptprefabricated buildings. Prefabricated buildings have many advantages and are inevitable for the development of the construction industry in the future. Based on this, my country has also issued many encouraging policies to support the development of prefabricated buildings. This article fi rst analyzes the characteristics and application value of prefabricated technology, and then further studies the application of public building prefabricated technology, and fi nally focuses on discussing the prefabricated technology response strategy in public building engineering for reference.
