摘要: 建筑行业的发展趋势在一定程度上反映了当今社会的发展水平，而建筑工程质量和建设水平，将对建筑行业的长远发展产生影响。基于此，本文探讨了建筑工程管理及施工质量控制，分析了当前建筑工程管理及施工质量控制中存在的问题，提出了提升工程管理及施工质量控制的策略。

Abstract: The development trend of the construction industry, to a certain extent, reflects the development level of today's society, and the quality and construction level of construction engineering, will also have an impact on the long-term development of the construction industry. Based on this, this paper discusses the overview of construction engineering management and construction quality control, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current construction project management and construction quality control, put forward the strategy of improving project management and construction quality control.
