Optimize the Site Management and Improve the Construction Level

摘要: 建筑工程施工过程中，不仅现场施工环境复杂、人员流动密集，而且还涉及到重型机械设备的调度与指挥。基于此，本文研究了施工现场管理水平的优化措施，分析了当前施工过程中的具体问题，以期提高施工单位的作业能力。Abstract: In the construction process of construction projects, not only the on-site construction environment is complicated and the flow of personnel is intensive, but also the dispatch and command of heavy machinery and equipment are involved. Based on this, this article studies the optimization measures of the construction site management level, analyzes the specific problems in the current construction process, in order to improve the operation ability of the construction unit.
