Difficulties and Measures of Construction Management in EPC Mode

摘要: 在当前工程项目建设中,许多企业应用了 EPC 总承包模式,该模式的应用有效提高了我国建筑项目的建设质量。研究表明企业采用该模式不仅可以有效降低工程的整体生产成本,还能通过有效地监督和管理提高工程的施工进度,使工程项目在约定合同时间内完成。鉴于此,本文结合笔者多年工作经验,分析了 EPC 工程总承包模式中相关的施工管理难点,并提出相应解决措施,以供参考。

Abstract: In the current project construction, many enterprises have applied EPC mode, which effectively improves the construction quality of construction projects in China. The research shows that this mode can not only effectively reduce the overall production cost of the project, but also improve the construction progress of the project through effective supervision and management, so that the project can be completed within the agreed contract time. In view of this, combined with the author's many years of work experience, this paper analyzes the construction management difficulties in the EPC mode, and puts forward the corresponding solutions for reference. -
