Analysis on the Application of Mechatronics Technology in Intelligent Manufacturing

摘要: 人们对各种产品需求的增多刺激了生产制造产能的扩大,生产制造的任务艰巨,传统的人工生产制造不仅难以保障产能,也无法保障质量,越来越多的制造企业开始了智能化探索,以推进智能制造目标的实现,智能制造中涉及的现代化技术非常多,机电一体化是核心技术,为保障智能制造的建设水平和效益,相关制造企业需加大机电一体化技术的创新。基于此,本文从机电一体化技术在智能制造方面的优势出发,重点研究了该技术的具体应用,有利于改变制造行业的发展模式。Abstract: People increasing demand for various products to stimulate the expansion of production capacity, production and manufacturing of a difficult task, the traditional manual production not only difficult to safeguard capacity, also can't guarantee quality, more and more intelligent manufacturing companies began to explore, in order to promote to achieve the goals of intelligent manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing involves in modern technology is very much, Mechatronics is the core technology, in order to ensure the construction level and efficiency of intelligent manufacturing, relevant manufacturing enterprises need to increase the innovation of mechatronics technology. Based on this, this paper from the advantages of mechatronics technology in intelligent manufacturing, focusing on the specific application of the technology, is conducive to change the development model of manufacturing industry.
