The Research On Formation Mechanism and Conventional Detection Methods of Air Conditioning Pipeline Defects

摘要: 建筑寿命一般为 50 年以上,而建筑内的设施设备寿命往往只有 10~20 年。特别是对于空调系统,如果没有及时发现管道已经产生各种缺陷问题,轻则出现漏水,影响建筑使用,重则发生大规模爆管,管道坠落,造成财产损失,危及人身安全。本文从管道常见缺陷出发,研究相关的检测方法,并采用实际项目作为案例进行了相关管道缺陷的检查。Abstract: The service life of buildings is generally more than 50 years, while the service life of facilities and equipment in buildings is often only 10 ~ 20 years. Especially for the air conditioning system, if the pipeline has been found to have various defects in time, water leakage may occur, affecting the use of the building, or largescale pipe explosion and pipeline falling may occur,causing property losses and endangering personal safety.Starting from the common defects of pipeline, this paper studies the relevant detection methods, and uses a practical project as a case to check the relevant pipeline defects.
