Research on Maintenance and Fault Diagnosis of Shield Machine Hydraulic System

摘要: 盾构机是地下隧道与城市地铁工程建设的主要机械设备之一,液压系统作为保障盾构机正常运行的核心,其维护保养工作具有重要的经济价值与现实意义。维护措施不当,不仅会影响盾构机的工作性能与工作效率,还极有可能导致关键元件失效,造成严重的设备损坏或者财产损失,甚至威胁操作人员的生命安全。基于此,本文以盾构机液压系统的日常维护制度为切入点,分析了盾构机液压系统的常见故障及诊断方法,以期为相关工作提供参考。Abstract: Shield machine is one of the main mechanical equipment in the construction of underground tunnel and urban subway. As the core to ensure the normal operation of shield machine, the maintenance of hydraulic system has important economic value and practical significance. Improper maintenance measures will not only affect the working performance and efficiency of shield machine, but also lead to the failure of key components, causing serious equipment damage or property loss, and even threatening the life safety of operators. Based on this, this paper takes the daily maintenance system of shield machine hydraulic system as the breakthrough point, analyzes the common faults and diagnosis methods of shield machine hydraulic system, in order to provide reference for related work.
