摘要: 全套管回转钻进拔桩施工技术是将长钢护筒从桩顶套入废桩,采用高压喷水、气循环钻进等方式钻至废桩底部,然后开启套管底钻头内液压截齿,从桩底将整根废桩封闭在钢套管内;启动提升系统,将截住废桩的钢套管整体提升至地面,并在地面破碎老桩的过程;同时,边上提套管、边从套管底喷注水泥浆,用水泥浆适当加固拔桩后的桩洞,以防止桩洞内泥浆强度过低对后续施工造成不利影响。基于此,本文结合工程实例分析了全套管回转钻进拔桩施工技术,以期为类似工程应用提供参考。

Abstract: The construction technology of full-sleeve rotary drilling and pulling pile is to insert the long steel casing into the waste pile from the top of the pile, drill to the bottom of the waste pile by high-pressure water jet and gas circulation drilling, and then open the hydraulic pick in the bottom of the casing. Enclose the entire waste pile in the steel casing from the bottom of the pile; start the lifting system to lift the steel casing that intercepts the waste pile to the ground, and break the old pile on the ground; at the same time, remove the casing from the casing while lifting the casing Cement slurry is injected at the bottom, so that the pile hole after pulling the pile is properly reinforced by the cement slurry to prevent the mud strength in the pile hole from being too low and causing adverse effects on the subsequent construction. Based on this, this paper analyzes the construction technology of the wholecasing rotary drilling and pile pulling with an engineering example, in order to provide a reference for similar engineering applications.
