Research and Application of Intelligent Building Energy Management System

摘要: 随着我国社会经济的高速发展,城市楼宇林立,但大型公共建筑高耗能情况越来越突出。相关统计显示,大型公共建筑年耗电量约占全国城镇总耗电量的22%。因此利用各种智能化、科技化手段对大型公共建筑进行能源监测和管理,对实现节能降耗、提质增效具有非常重要的指导价值。大型公共建筑中能源类型丰富,水、电、气、热等的用电情况最为突出。基于此,本文以电能为主,研究了能源管理系统在智能楼宇中的应用,以期推动公共建筑的智能化发展。Abstract: With the rapid development of my country's social economy, there are many urban buildings, but the high energy consumption of large public buildings is becoming more and more prominent. Relevant statistics show that the annual electricity consumption of large public buildings accounts for about 22% of the country's total electricity consumption in cities and towns. Therefore, the use of various intelligent and technological means to monitor and manage the energy of large-scale public buildings is of very important guiding value for achieving energy saving and consumption reduction, and improving quality and efficiency. There are abundant types of energy in large public buildings, with the most prominent use of electricity, such as water, electricity, gas, and heat. Based on this, this article focuses on electric energy and studies the application of energy management systems in smart buildings, with a view to promoting the intelligent development of public buildings.
