Abstract: Project completion settlement is directly related to the economic interests of both the developer and the contractor, the project cost settlement is based on the original bid price or contract price, and the cost is adjusted and summarized at the end. In the settlement work of project completion, it is necessary to collect and sort out the completion settlement, sort out the collected data, conduct field survey on site, and prepare settlement documents according to the pricing standards and methods stipulated in the contract. Based on this, this paper introduces the main points of project completion settlement compilation, in order to provide reference for engineering application.
