摘要: 长距离小口径泥水平衡顶管注浆减阻施工技术包括注浆管拆除、注浆孔封封堵辅助系统和长距离顶管注浆减阻施工步骤。辅助系统由钢丝绳 / 牵引绳、滑轮与支架、卷扬机、滑板车、对讲机组成。小口径泥水平衡顶管在顶进过程中,为了减阻需要在不同管节布置注浆孔、连接注浆管并进行注浆减阻,同时牵引钢丝绳随机头向前顶进,实现顶管施工全程减阻,待顶管顶至出口井后,吊出顶管机,安装注浆管拆除、注浆孔封封堵辅助系统,进行注浆拆除、注浆孔封堵,待注浆管拆除,注浆孔封堵后,拆除辅助系统进行回收再利用,真正实现小口径泥水平衡顶管的长距离施工,大大提高施工效率,经济社会效益好,具有较好的推广应用价值。Abstract: Long-distance and small-diameter mud-water balance jacking pipe grouting drag reduction construction technology includes grouting pipe removal, grouting hole plugging auxiliary system and long-distance pipe jacking grouting and drag reduction construction steps. The auxiliary system is composed of steel wire rope/traction rope, pulley and bracket, hoist, scooter, and walkie-talkie. During the jacking process of the small-diameter mud-water balance pipe jacking, in order to reduce drag, it is necessary to arrange grouting holes in different pipe sections, connect the grouting pipe and perform grouting to reduce drag, and at the same time pull the wire rope to randomly head forward to achieve the pipe jacking construction Reduce drag in the whole process. After the pipe jacking reaches the exit well, lift the pipe jacking machine, install the grouting pipe removal and grouting hole plugging auxiliary system, perform grouting removal and grouting hole plugging, and wait for the grouting pipe to be removed After the grouting hole is blocked, the auxiliary system is removed for recycling and reuse, which truly realizes the long-distance construction of small-diameter mudwater balance pipe jacking, greatly improving construction efficiency, good economic and social benefits, and good promotion and application value.
