Research on Improving Technology of Overspeed Protection System for Nuclear Turbine

摘要: 机械超速作为汽轮机超速保护手段,在汽轮机发展中发挥了重要作用。但随着计算机技术的不断发展,仪控技术的可靠性和稳定性不断提升,机械超速的复杂结构、供油回路、注油试验和真超速试验等给电厂的运维、检修等带来了较大的不便,同时影响大修后并网时间,经济性较差。本文结合国内外汽机厂的技术发展和应用,对第三代核电 AP1000 汽轮机超速保护系统进行改进分析,并提出改进方案。Abstract: As a protection method, mechanical over-speed protection makes a great contribution to the development of turbine. With the improvement of computer technology, the reliability and stability of I&C have been increasing, in contrast, the complex construction, oil loop, oil injecting test and actual over-speed test of mechanical over-speed bring inconvenience to the operation and maintenance of the power plant, also impact the grid connection time as well as the economy. Combined with the turbine technology development and utilization, this paper analyzes the improvement of AP1000 nuclear turbine overspeed protection system,and puts forward the improvement plan.
