Study on the Application of Impregnated Geotextile Method in Pavement Overlay

摘要: 目前,在我国大多数省道路面大修中,“白+ 黑”、“白+ 白”复合路面主要采用土工格栅、玻璃纤 维布等土工织物进行反射裂缝防治施工。但土工织物与下层粘结并不紧密,在运输、摊铺设备等碾压作用下, 土工织物或格栅极易破坏,这严重影响层间的完整性。浸渍土工织物是由一种极强渗透性的浸渍胶凝材料现 场浸泡而成,将其应用到路面加铺施工中,可有效增强层间粘结性和提高抗反射裂缝能力。基于此,本文以改性乳化沥青浸渍土工织物法为研究对象,结合某二级改造公路工程实例,对路面加铺施工中浸渍土工织物 法的应用要点进行了分析与探讨,以期进一步推广其应用范围。Abstract: At present, in the overhaul of road surfaces in most provinces in my country, the "white + black" and "white + white" composite pavements mainly use geogrids, glass fiber cloth and other geotextiles for reflection crack prevention and control construction. However, the geotextile and the lower layer are not tightly bonded. Under the rolling action of transportation and paving equipment, the geotextile or grid grid is easily damaged, which seriously affects the integrity of the layers. The impregnated geotextile is made by on-site soaking of a highly permeable impregnating cementitious material. It can be applied to the pavement construction to effectively enhance the interlayer adhesion and improve the anti-reflective cracking ability.Based on this, this article takes the modified emulsified asphalt impregnated geotextile method as the research object, combined with an example of a secondary road reconstruction project, analyzes and discusses the application points of the impregnated geotextile method in the pavement overlay construction, in order to further promote its application range.
