Basic Theory Analysis of Planning and Construction of Smart Ecological City

摘要: 随着社会的发展，城市规模不断扩大，因此需要根据城市发展状况进行智慧生态城市建设。由于自然环境需要保护，因此需要制定合理有效的规划方案，以此来促进智慧生态城市的建设。本文通过对智慧生态城市规划建设基本理论分析，响应绿色环保理念，提出智慧生态城市规划措施这为城市环评工作提供了指导依据，有利于环评工作的有序开展，此外从加强对环境资源可持续发展方面进行分析与评价，可更好的保护生态环境。Abstract: With the development of society, the scale of the city is expanding, so it is necessary to construct the smart ecological city according to the development of the city. As the natural environment needs to be protected, a reasonable and effective planning scheme is needed to promote the construction of smart ecological city. Based on the analysis of the basic theory of the planning and construction of smart eco city, this paper puts forward the planning measures of smart eco city in response to the concept of green environmental protection, which provides a guiding basis for the urban environmental assessment and is conducive to the orderly development of the environmental assessment. In addition, it can better protect the ecological environment by strengthening the analysis and evaluation of the sustainable development of environmental resources.
