Analysis of the Dilemma of "Double Random and One Open" Fire Supervision Model and Its Countermeasures

摘要: 消防系统出台的“双随机、一公开”消防管理制度，是指以市、县两级随机抽查，公开检查结果的消防管理制度，实践证明此制度可以避免消防管理中的一些弊病，在此基础上通过对社会单位进行及时抽查，有效治理消防安全隐患。

Abstract: The "double random and one open" fire management system issued by the fire protection system refers to a fire management system that randomly inspects at the city and county levels and publicizes the inspection results.Practice has proved that this system can avoid some of the disadvantages in fire management. On the basis, by conducting spot checks on social units in a timely manner, the hidden dangers of fire safety are effectively managed.
