The Design of Infrared Thermal Imaging Instrument in Construction Engineer Quality Testing Based on ARM

摘要: 本文提出了一种基于 ARM 的建筑质量检测红外摄像仪设计方案。系统以 S3C2440A 为微处理器,TAU640 为红外探测器。CPU 接收探测器的数据,采集完一帧红外图像后将图像数据保存到 SD 卡中,并在 LCD 显示屏上显示。在硬件完成基础上,通过编程实现红外热图像的采集、显示。测试结果表明,结合现场,红外热图和温度特征可以实现对建筑热工缺陷部位进行预判定。Abstract: This paper presents a design scheme of an ARM-based infrared camera for building quality inspection. The system uses S3C2440A as the microprocessor and TAU640 as the infrared detector. The CPU receives the data of the detector, and after collecting a frame of infrared image, it saves the image data to the SD card and displays it on the LCD display. On the basis of hardware completion, the collection and display of infrared thermal images are realized through programming. The test results show that: combined with the site, infrared heat map and temperature characteristics can realize the pre-judgment of the thermal defects of the building.
