摘要: 液压传动系统是机械系统最重要的组成部分,在各行业得到了大面积的应用。它具有较强的适应能力,无需投入过多的运行费用,就能够达到良好的控制效果。然而,子啊实际运行期间,在各种因素的影响下,会频繁发生故障,导致整个系统无法保持正常运行。本文从运作原理方面,对液压传动系统进行了重点介绍,并研究了系统常见的故障及其应对策略,最后针对不同故障提出了相应的维修和保养策略,目的是为了促进液压传动系统作用的良好发挥,使机械液压传动系统能够具有更长的使用寿命。Abstract: The hydraulic drive system is the most important part of the mechanical system and has been widely used in various industries. It has strong adaptability and can achieve a good control eff ect without investing too much operating cost. However, during the actual operation of the sub-ah, under the infl uence of various factors, frequent failures will occur, resulting in the failure of the entire system to maintain normal operation. This article focuses on the hydraulic transmission system from the aspect of operation principle, and studies the common failures of the system and its countermeasures. Finally, the corresponding repair and maintenance strategies are put forward for diff erent failures. The purpose is to promote the good function of the hydraulic transmission system. Play, so that the mechanical hydraulic transmission system can have a longer service life.
